Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client tours.
- Prepare and present listing presentations; conduct CMA and market analysis.
- Create and execute compelling property marketing across MLS, social media, and email campaigns.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
- Manage CRM pipeline, track activity, and provide weekly reporting to stakeholders.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service that drives referrals.
Qualification
- Active New York State Real Estate license or clearly eligible to obtain one.
- 2+ years of residential real estate experience in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the New York real estate market and neighborhoods.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a proven track record of sales success.
