Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals, open houses, networking, and targeted outreach.
- List and market luxury properties with compelling campaigns, staging guidance, and professional photography.
- Perform comparative market analyses to guide pricing strategy and negotiation.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers to maximize value.
- Manage transaction timelines, escrow, and compliance documentation from listing to closing.
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in our CRM; provide regular progress updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create standout property presentations and digital campaigns.
- Provide exceptional client service to nurture long-term relationships and drive referrals.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State or equivalent market.
- 2+ years of proven experience in high-end residential sales or luxury property markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Extensive local market knowledge and network of buyers and sellers.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and integrity.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings, showings, and events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
