Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new clients; build a robust pipeline of purchase and sale opportunities.
- Conduct property showings, market analyses, and price recommendations.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for listings to maximize exposure.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
- Stay informed on local market trends, regulations, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure a seamless transaction process from contract to close.
Qualification
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury properties.
- Active Florida Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven track record of successful closings and high client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MLS; strong tech-savviness.
- Strong network in Miami-Dade or Broward County, or willingness to build one.
- Self-motivated, high integrity, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for showings.
