As a licensed Real Estate Agent, you will represent buyers and sellers, manage property listings, and build lasting relationships with clients while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into active clients through outbound outreach and relationship-building.
- Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations, transactions, and closing processes with integrity and transparency.
- Manage and optimize property listings across MLS and the agency's marketing channels.
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and client communications; respond promptly to inquiries.
- Prepare compelling marketing materials, pricing strategies, and market analyses to maximize exposure and value.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and escrow teams to streamline closings and ensure compliance.
- Utilize a CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics; maintain accurate client records.
Qualification
- Active New York real estate license and authorization to operate in NYC.
- Minimum 2 years of residential real estate sales experience in NYC or top markets.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience in real estate, finance, or business.
- Strong time-management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently within a high-performance environment.
