Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors; conduct property tours and showings.
- Generate and qualify leads using CRM, marketing campaigns, and networking events.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate transactions, and ensure smooth closings.
- Prepare market analyses, pricing strategies, and property valuations.
- Create compelling property marketing materials and online listings.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and photographers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and neighborhood developments.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution.
Qualification
- Active Real Estate License in New York (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 2+ years of real estate sales or brokerage experience
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong network or ability to develop one in NYC real estate market
