Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into appointments with buyers and sellers in the New York City market.
- Conduct property tours, virtual tours, and compelling presentations to showcase listings and market data.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate inspections and contingencies, and manage the deal lifecycle end-to-end.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
- Develop and execute customized marketing plans for listings, coordinating photographers, staging, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, monitor KPIs, and provide weekly performance reports to the team.
- Stay ahead of market trends, zoning changes, and regulatory requirements to advise clients effectively.
Qualification
- New York real estate license or the ability to obtain quickly; compliance with state regulations.
- 2+ years of real estate sales or related experience in a high-performing market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools; strong data analysis capability.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
