Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new buyers and sellers using a multi-channel approach.
- Guide clients through property tours, negotiations, and the closing process with integrity and transparency.
- Create compelling property listings with professional photography, staging, and virtual tours.
- Leverage CRM and analytics to track leads, pipelines, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions.
- Represent the agency at networking events and build a robust local referral network.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State or ability to obtain quickly.
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience or equivalent.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deals.
- Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods, pricing, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM, and digital marketing tools; comfortable with tech-enabled workflows.
