Responsibility
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into qualified appointments and transactions.
- List and stage properties, craft compelling marketing plans, and manage MLS submissions.
- Conduct property tours for buyers and coordinate inspections and appraisals.
- Prepare accurate Comparative Market Analyses and pricing strategies to win listings.
- Negotiate offers, manage contingencies, and close deals efficiently while protecting client interests.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal teams; provide weekly status updates.
- Stay compliant with real estate laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
Qualification
- New York State real estate license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of residential real estate experience in the New York market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, business, or a related field.
