Responsibility
- Cultivate new client relationships and secure listings through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct property showings, tours, and open houses
- Prepare and present compelling market analyses and pricing recommendations
- Negotiate offers and coordinates with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to close deals
- Build and maintain a robust client database using our CRM; track activity and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with marketing to create property campaigns across MLS, social media, and digital channels
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brokerage policies
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring positive experiences and repeat business
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales or rental experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organization and time management with impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
