As the Growth & Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end marketing funnelâfrom awareness to conversionâensuring every touchpoint elevates our brand and drives qualified inquiries for premium properties.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to generate high-quality real estate leads in the Los Angeles market.
- Optimize property listings, landing pages, and IDX integrations to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Manage CRM lifecycle, lead scoring, and handoffs to the sales team for rapid follow-up.
- Plan and implement SEO, content marketing, and on-site optimization to boost organic traffic.
- Launch targeted paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) with ROAS targets and budget controls.
- Collaborate with agents, developers, lenders, and partners to craft compelling campaigns and events.
- Analyze market data, campaign performance, and user behavior to refine strategies and budgets.
- Build and nurture partnerships that expand the buyer and investor pipeline.
Qualification
- 5+ years in real estate marketing, growth, or demand generation roles with a track record of revenue impact.
- Deep knowledge of the LA real estate landscape, MLS/IDX, and listing optimization.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- Strong SEO/SEM skills, content strategy, analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads and contribute to sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; capable of cross-functional leadership.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
