Join Lumen Realty Group as a Real Estate Growth Marketing Specialist. You will lead demand-generation initiatives for premium properties and brokerage services across NYC. This role blends data-driven marketing with real estate expertise to scale property inquiries, client acquisition, and brand authority.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven real estate marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and property inquiries.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, and email to optimize ROAS.
- Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Create compelling property landing pages, content, and media to improve organic visibility and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in NYC.
- Build and nurture CRM-driven lead nurture workflows and remarketing programs.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and present insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in real estate marketing or growth marketing, preferably in brokerage or agency settings.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and conversion in real estate.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, social advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player with cross-functional partners.
- Familiarity with the NYC real estate market is a plus.
- Self-starter with a data-driven mindset and growth orientation.
