Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote residential and commercial listings in the New York market.
- Generate high-quality seller and buyer leads using SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing.
- Own CRM lifecycle—capture, nurture, and convert inquiries into qualified appointments with agents.
- Craft compelling listing presentations and property pages with professional photography and virtual tours.
- Analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with agents to stage, price, and promote properties for faster closings.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and optimize listings for search visibility.
- Lead training and support for the team on marketing best practices and CRM usage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of real estate marketing, lead generation, or sales support experience.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality real estate leads and converting them to clients.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, pricing, and listing platforms.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and CRM systems (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
