We’re looking for a Real Estate Marketing & Growth Specialist who can blend marketing excellence with real estate insight to accelerate client acquisition, listings, and revenue.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute holistic real estate marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and listings.
- Optimize property pages and the company website for search engines and conversions to capture buyer and seller inquiries.
- Create compelling listing marketing campaigns, including property descriptions, professional photography briefs, video tours, and print collateral.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on lead quality and ROAS; continuously optimize budgets.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to craft listing strategies, pricing positioning, and open houses tailored to target markets.
- Nurture leads through a CRM with targeted email sequences, retargeting, and proactive follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Analyze market trends, KPIs, and campaign performance; present actionable insights to leadership and adjust strategy accordingly.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of real estate marketing or digital marketing experience; deep familiarity with the San Francisco market is a plus.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and listings through SEO, content marketing, and paid channels.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, run experiments, and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, listing processes, and disclosure requirements is a plus.
