BeaconPoint Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing & Growth Specialist to elevate lead generation, property marketing, and online presence for our NYC portfolio.
In this role, you will collaborate with brokers, developers, and sales teams to craft high-converting campaigns across SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid media. You will translate market insights into compelling property narratives, optimize our website for search engines, and manage CRM-driven lead nurture to close more deals.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive real estate marketing strategies to generate high-quality residential and commercial leads in NYC.
- Optimize property listings for search engines, ensure consistent branding, and maintain a strategic content calendar.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (PPC and social ads) with budget tracking and ROAS measurement.
- Collaborate with brokers, developers, and sales teams to craft compelling property narratives and multimedia assets.
- Manage CRM workflows and lead nurturing programs to maximize conversions and shorten sales cycles.
- Analyze performance metrics, provide monthly reporting, and translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends and digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support events and open houses with targeted promotions and automation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Real Estate or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in real estate marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven experience with SEO, content marketing, PPC, and social media advertising
- Strong CRM and marketing automation experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
