Join Blue Harbor Realty Partners, a premium real estate firm specializing in luxury properties and investment opportunities in the New York metro area. We’re seeking a data-driven Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate client acquisition, property visibility, and conversion rates across channels. You will own marketing strategy, listing optimization, content creation, and CRM-driven lead nurturing to drive high-quality inquiries and closed deals.
What you'll do: collaborate with agents, designers, and sales leadership; optimize MLS and property websites; manage PPC/SEO; build captivating listing pages; orchestrate email nurturing sequences; analyze campaign data; report ROI; and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to attract buyers and sellers in the NYC market.
- Optimize property listings, virtual tours, and media for high engagement and conversion.
- Manage CRM-driven lead nurturing, from initial inquiry to appointment scheduling and close.
- Lead content creation, including property descriptions, blog posts, and social media copy.
- Oversee paid search, social advertising, and retargeting with measurable ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics; present insights and optimization recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate with agents, photographers, and designers to ensure premium listing presentation.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across marketing materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of real estate marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record of improving inbound leads and conversion rates.
- Experience with MLS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Keller Cloud), and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content optimization skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO basics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
