Job description

Summit Realty Partners is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing & Listings Specialist to join our fast-growing, luxury-oriented brokerage in New York City. You will own the marketing lifecycle for residential and commercial listings, from strategy to execution, helping agents attract qualified buyers and tenants.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for prioritized listings, including photography guidance, staging recommendations, copywriting, and multichannel promotion.
  • Manage listing campaigns across MLS, real estate portals, social media, email marketing, and SEO to maximize exposure and inquiry quality.
  • Collaborate with agents to craft compelling property descriptions and high-conversion listing pages that align with brand standards.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, virtual tours, floor plans, and floor plan renderings; ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Own CRM-based lead nurturing and follow-up workflows to convert inquiries into tours and offers.
  • Analyze market data, performance metrics, and media spend to optimize pricing, positioning, and marketing ROI.
  • Prepare and present weekly marketing performance reports to agents and leadership, with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with New York real estate regulations and licensing requirements across all marketing activities.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of real estate marketing, listing management, or sales support experience in a brokerage or agency.
  • Strong understanding of MLS, real estate portals, CMS, and CRM systems; proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional storytelling skills for property descriptions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple listings with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPI metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Licensed real estate salesperson in New York or eligible to obtain license within 3 months.
