Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote luxury listings in New York City.
- Lead digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email to generate high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with brokers to package listings with premium media, floor plans, and virtual tours.
- Manage content calendar, brand guidelines, and social channels to strengthen market positioning.
- Analyze performance, optimize budgets, and report metrics to the executive team.
- Oversee vendor relationships (stagers, photographers, videographers) to ensure listing excellence.
- Drive CRM workflows and lead nurturing to convert prospects while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualification
- 4+ years of real estate marketing, digital marketing, or related experience.
- Proven track record of growing leads and property sales in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social ads, email marketing, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination abilities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with New York City real estate market and licensing considerations is a plus.
