PrimeNest Realty is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our property marketing strategy in New York City. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven marketing to maximize property exposure and accelerate sales cycles. You will partner with listing agents, digital teams, and sales leadership to craft compelling campaigns across property websites, MLS, social, and search channels. Hybrid work available.

Responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for property listings, development projects, and open houses.
- Create high-conversion listing pages, property videos, 3D tours, and content across MLS, real estate portals, and the company website.
- Collaborate with brokers to optimize listing visibility, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Manage lead generation and CRM workflows; nurture prospects from inquiry to appointment.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and adjust budgets and tactics accordingly.
- Optimize SEO, content marketing, and paid search (PPC) for property pages and campaigns.
- Coordinate virtual tours, events, and open houses; ensure compliance with fair housing and brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of real estate marketing, digital marketing, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of MLS, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation, listings exposure, and client engagement.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual design sensibilities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics, adjust strategies, and optimize budgets.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Real estate license in NY or willingness to obtain (preferred).
