We are seeking a data-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to orchestrate compelling campaigns, optimize lead generation, and accelerate property sales. You will partner with agents, developers, and tech teams to craft high-converting experiences across digital and offline channels.
In this role, you will own end-to-end marketing programs for luxury homes, new developments, and investment opportunities. You will leverage MLS, CRM, paid media, content marketing, and live events to attract qualified inquiries and close high-value deals. Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end real estate marketing campaigns that align with company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with agents and developers to create property-specific marketing assets, including video tours, 3D walkthroughs, and high-quality photography.
- Manage digital channels (PPC, social, email) and optimize for lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting dashboards for performance insights.
- Plan and execute events, open houses, and partnerships to generate high-quality prospects.
- Coordinate with listing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and property positioning.
- Analyze market trends and competition to inform pricing, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Maintain compliance with real estate advertising regulations and brand guidelines.
Qualification
- 5+ years of real estate marketing, sales, or related experience in a fast-paced market.
- Strong understanding of MLS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving conversion targets.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Data-driven with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of the local Austin luxury real estate market is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
