BlueHorizon Realty is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to elevate our property listings and client acquisition in the Austin market. As the Real Estate Marketing Manager, you will own brand storytelling, listing optimization, content strategy, and demand generation that accelerates sales and strengthens our market position.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to promote property listings and new developments.
- Optimize MLS and IDX listings with SEO-friendly descriptions, high-quality media, and immersive virtual tours.
- Manage CRM pipelines and lead-nurturing programs to convert inquiries into buyers and sellers.
- Analyze performance, track ROI, and adjust budgets across channels to maximize results.
- Collaborate with agents, photographers, stagers, and developers to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Lead content strategy across blogs, video, email, and social media to attract high-intent buyers.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with targeting, retargeting, and clear KPIs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of real estate marketing or sales enablement experience
- Proven track record in lead generation, content marketing, and SEO for property listings
- Proficiency with CRM systems (KVCore, BoomTown, Salesforce) and MLS listing data optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, attribution, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of the Austin real estate market and local digital advertising landscapes is preferred
