Join Lumen Realty Group as Real Estate Marketing Manager in Miami, FL. We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to grow our property listings and client base using data-driven campaigns. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing to drive qualified leads and closed deals. You will collaborate with the sales team, property managers, and partners to elevate our market presence and accelerate growth.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end marketing plan for our real estate portfolio, including listings, content, social media, paid media, and email campaigns. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with agents to translate market insights into compelling campaigns that convert.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel real estate marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and property inquiries.
- Manage content creation for listing pages, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking.
- Utilize CRM and MLS data to segment audiences, nurture leads, and drive referrals.
- Collaborate with agents to craft compelling listing presentations and market reports.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to create high-converting property visuals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of real estate marketing or digital marketing experience, preferably within brokerage or property management settings.
- Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MLS platforms.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the Miami real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and meet tight deadlines.
