Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified buyer and seller leads for luxury listings.
- Manage property listing pages, virtual tours, email campaigns, and paid media to maximize exposure.
- Lead content creation including blogs, market reports, and social content to position LuxeNest as a market authority.
- Collaborate with agents to prepare pitch decks, listing presentations, and promotional materials.
- Own CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and lifecycle communications to convert inquiries into clients.
- Analyze market data and campaign metrics to optimize ROI and reporting for leadership.
- Coordinate cross-channel events, open houses, and partnerships with local luxury brands.
Qualification
- Active Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain; minimum 2 years in real estate or real estate marketing.
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals or supporting successful sales cycles.
- Strong branding, copywriting, and digital marketing skills with familiarity of MLS and listing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, BoomTown, or similar) and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and translate insights into plan adjustments.
- Self-starter with project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
