In this role you will collaborate with sales, brokerage teams, and our creative department to optimize property listings, drive organic traffic, and convert inquiries into clients. You will own the marketing funnel from discovery to close, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO led marketing plans for residential listings, neighborhood guides, and landing pages.
- Optimize property listing pages for conversions, including copy, visuals, and structured data.
- Create and manage content calendars for blogs, guides, video tours, and social content.
- Lead CRM driven campaigns (email, nurture flows, retargeting) to maximize qualified leads.
- Collaborate with agents to craft compelling listing descriptions, photo assets, and virtual tours.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and iterate strategies based on data.
- Oversee marketing budget, vendor relationships, and technology stack integration.
- Develop strategic partnerships, events, and community outreach to expand lead sources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years in real estate marketing or digital marketing with a focus on SEO.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and lead generation for real estate products.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and MLS platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and content strategy skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and cross functional collaboration abilities.
