Vanguard Realty Partners is seeking a proactive Real Estate Marketing Specialist to elevate our property campaigns and generate high-quality leads. This full-time role sits at the intersection of branding, digital marketing, and sales enablement, empowering you to shape how buyers and sellers discover and engage with our listings.
In this position, you will partner with the sales and listing teams to craft compelling property narratives, optimize online presence, and run multi-channel campaigns that convert. You will own campaign setup, performance tracking, and optimization across platforms including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. A data-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
Key outcomes include increased qualified inquiries, faster listing exposure, and measurable growth in market share within the Miami area.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated real estate marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Optimize MLS, IDX, and property pages to maximize visibility and capture inquiries.
- Manage paid search, social media ads, retargeting, and email nurture programs with a focus on ROAS.
- Create compelling listing content, coordinating with designers and photographers to produce premium assets.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency.
- Collaborate with agents to define target buyer personas and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the marketing calendar and lead follow-up processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of real estate marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising experience.
- Proven proficiency in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience with MLS/IDX listings and real estate CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus project management ability.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
