Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive real estate marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for residential properties.
- Create and manage property listing campaigns across MLS, social media, email, and search channels.
- Analyze market data, pricing trends, and competitive activity to optimize listing performance.
- Collaborate with agents to stage homes, write compelling property narratives, and produce high-converting content.
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences to accelerate conversions.
- Coordinate open houses and client tours, handling scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Monitor ROI and marketing spend; prepare monthly performance reports for leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, local regulations, and best practices in real estate marketing.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of real estate marketing, lead generation, or sales experience
- Strong proficiency with MLS listing platforms and CRM systems (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with digital advertising (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) and SEO
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Real estate license is preferred but not required
