As a member of our high-performance team, you will collaborate with agents, developers, and marketers to craft compelling campaigns across digital channels, optimize listing presentations, and maintain brand consistency.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads.
- Create compelling listing presentations, property brochures, and virtual tours that convert prospects.
- Manage and nurture CRM-driven pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform pricing, positioning, and strategy.
- Coordinate with agents on showings, open houses, and staging to maximize visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report results to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and grow recurring clientele.
Qualification
- 2+ years in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field; licensing preferred.
- Proven ability to generate and nurture leads through digital channels (CRM, MLS, social media).
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with MLS databases, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Solid understanding of current Austin real estate market trends and buyer psychology.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
