Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and listing platforms
- Optimize property listings on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and internal portals
- Collaborate with agents to create compelling content including photography briefs, floor plans, and virtual tours
- Manage CRM and nurture leads, track funnel metrics, and report performance to leadership
- Lead generation and client acquisition strategies to attract high-intent buyers and investors
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and pricing recommendations
- Coordinate events, open houses, and brand partnerships to maximize exposure
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or a related field
- 3+ years in real estate marketing or digital marketing with a proven results track record
- Demonstrated ability to drive qualified leads and support deal closures through marketing initiatives
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn) and tracking
- Strong knowledge of MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and listing optimization best practices
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven reporting
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
