Responsibility
- Source, engage, and nurture top real estate talent across traditional and digital channels
- Own full cycle recruitment from job posting and screening to offer and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines for agents, brokers, and team leaders in Austin and surrounding markets
- Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements, compensation benchmarks, and success metrics
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract top producers
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics including time to fill and quality of hire
- Coordinate with HR and operations to ensure a smooth candidate and onboarding experience
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent real estate recruiting experience
- 3+ years of real estate recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of the Austin real estate market and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to close top producing real estate agents and teams
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast paced environment
