Prestige Realty Advisors is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Miami team. Responsibility

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to understand property needs and budget, converting leads into listings and closings.
  • Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses; provide informed guidance on pricing and market conditions.
  • Create compelling listing presentations, marketing plans, and coordinate photography, staging, and digital campaigns.
  • Negotiate offers, terms, and contingencies; prepare contracts and liaise with attorneys and escrow teams to ensure smooth closings.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, ensuring compliance with Florida real estate laws and brokerage policies.
  • Leverage CRM and MLS to generate leads, track activities, and report progress to leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships with past clients and referral partners to sustain a strong business pipeline.

Qualification

  • Active Florida Real Estate License.
  • 1+ years of real estate sales experience (or relevant internship) with a proven closing track record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MLS, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
