Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new client leads, converting inquiries into scheduled property showings and meetings.
- Represent buyers and sellers with integrity, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of luxury listings with compelling, accurate property descriptions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create premium listing materials, virtual tours, and targeted campaigns.
- Utilize CRM and data analytics to track pipelines, forecast closings, and report performance.
- Coordinate all transaction steps from initial contact to closing, ensuring compliance and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, follow-up, and post-transaction support to drive referrals.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in Florida or willingness to obtain; minimum 1 year of brokerage experience preferred.
- Proven track record in luxury real estate sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network in Miami-area markets and ability to generate high-quality leads.
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
