Responsibility
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of buyers and sellers through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
- Conduct property showings and provide compelling tours to highlight value and lifestyle benefits.
- Prepare comparable market analyses and pricing recommendations to guide clients toward informed decisions.
- Create targeted property marketing campaigns across listing portals, social media, and our in house platforms.
- Coordinate and manage the transaction lifecycle from offer through closing, ensuring compliance and timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with agents, lenders, and attorneys to smooth communication and maximize client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Active New York Real Estate Broker license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in New York metro area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor degree preferred; relevant real estate or business degree considered.
- Knowledge of local neighborhoods, market trends, and financing options.
