Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top real estate agents, brokers, and sales leaders.
- Source actively using LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and campus programs; build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set timelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interviews and feedback with stakeholders.
- Provide offer management and negotiate terms with successful candidates; ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience and employer brand across channels.
- Track metrics and report on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and time-to-fill.
- Collaborate with HR and Compliance to align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within real estate, brokerage, or sales-driven industries.
- Proven success building talent pipelines for agents, brokers, and sales leadership.
- Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn) and recruitment metrics.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills; ability to close top talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to influence at all levels.
- Understanding of real estate licensing requirements and regulatory considerations (where applicable).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote-capable environment.
