Join Connext as a Real Estate Team Leader and spearhead our title processing operations from a remoteāfirst setting. This role is based in Central Luzon with a 25% remote differential pay, offering a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to lead a growing team handling real estate transactions. You will be responsible for supervising the title processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, speed, and regulatory compliance across all orders.
As the leader of the title processing team, you will oversee daily activities, assign tasks, monitor throughput, and manage QA checks. You will partner with escrow, compliance, and document management teams to resolve issues, minimize cycle times, and deliver topātier service to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a proactive, detailāoriented manager with strong communication and coaching skills. The ideal candidate has experience with lien searches, title reports, and title packages, and is proficient in title software and CRM tools. You will drive process improvements, implement SOPs, and mentor team members to achieve high performance. Responsibility
- Lead and manage a title processing team, ensuring accurate and timely real estate transaction processing.
- Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, monitor performance metrics, and optimize processes for quality and speed.
- Collaborate with escrow, title, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Implement training and coaching to develop junior staff, improving productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for title processing and order tracking.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and prepare regular performance reports.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate processing of real estate documents.
- Identify and propose process improvements leveraging technology and automation.
Qualification
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience leading a title processing, escrow, or transaction coordination team in real estate or mortgage industries.
- Strong command of real estate title processing, title reports, lien searches, and document management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and develop a remote team.
- Proficient in using CRM, title software, MS Office, and workflow management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards relevant to real estate transactions in the Philippines.
