Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success criteria, and interview processes.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interview logistics and deliver timely feedback.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, campus visits, and partner with external agencies as needed.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of building diverse candidate slates and delivering results.
