Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple roles across functions.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate a compelling candidate experience and timely feedback loops.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft competitive offers.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the employer branding team to attract top talent and improve outreach.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee smooth onboarding handoffs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in agency or in-house across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and social networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of the New York market and employment laws is a plus.
