Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple roles across functions.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate a compelling candidate experience and timely feedback loops.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft competitive offers.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to attract top talent and improve outreach.
- Negotiate offers and oversee smooth onboarding handoffs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in agency or in-house across multiple functions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and social networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Knowledge of the New York market and employment laws is a plus.
