As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will own end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions using modern sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, outreach, scheduling, and offers.
- Utilize ATS to track progress, generate reports, and continuously improve recruiting metrics.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
- Analyze recruitment data to inform strategy and drive process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and referrals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS) and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance; high ethical standards.
- Self-motivated team player with strong integrity and a bias for action.
