BrightPath Talent is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our fast-growing team in Austin, Texas. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with product, engineering, and sales leaders to attract top-tier talent for high-growth startups and scaleups.

What you’ll do is build, nurture, and close a diverse slate of candidates; partner with hiring managers to define role scopes and success profiles; develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, employee referrals, and recruiting events; maintain an outstanding employer brand across channels; and continuously improve recruiting processes with data-driven insights.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and non-technical roles across the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and community events.
  • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a positive, fast-paced interview process.
  • Collaborate with People Ops to ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on hiring metrics to leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and improve candidate experience across channels.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech and non-tech roles.
  • Proven track record of filling roles quickly while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
