As a trusted advisor, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand needs, design efficient processes, and drive outcomes that align with business goals.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for multiple client accounts and open roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and present top-tier candidates across tech and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle with emphasis on candidate experience and speed to hire.
- Write compelling job descriptions and help enhance employer branding and job postings.
- Utilize ATS, data analytics, and market research to forecast hiring needs and report progress.
- Lead offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding, and ensure successful hires.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in recruitment, preferably in agency or in-house environments
- Proven track record of closing roles across technology, product, and business functions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools; strong Boolean search skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment; flexible and resilient
- Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment
