Lumina Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our NYC team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level roles, partner with leadership, and help shape your talent strategy. Responsibility
- Build and manage a high-quality talent pipeline across multiple roles and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates, coordinating interview processes end-to-end.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment processes in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and programs to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements and reduce time-to-fill.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Lead campus and external sourcing programs as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in tech or professional services.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using modern tools and Boolean search.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent assessment and interview skills; strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse candidate slates.
