Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for software engineering and data roles, from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and acceptable timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans, including campus outreach, networking, and passive candidate engagement.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interview processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitive intelligence to leadership.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience to ensure a positive journey.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on recruiting metrics.
- Build a diverse, inclusive slate of candidates through deliberate outreach and inclusive interviewing.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a tech company or agency.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and job boards or social sourcing.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with technical assessment methods.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
