Responsibility
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, engage, and interview top-tier candidates using various online platforms and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Act as a market specialist, delivering consultative advice and sector insights to clients and candidates.
- Develop strong pipelines of qualified talent in your specialist sector.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, driving revenue growth through proactive business development.
- Represent Edge Talent Solutions at industry events and contribute to our thought leadership content.
Qualification
- Proven track record (2+ years) in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct networks.
- Understanding of the UK recruitment landscape and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and motivated by exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
