Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including social media, networking, and direct outreach.

- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit for roles.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years proven experience in recruitment, agency, or in-house sourcing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to attract, assess, and deliver top talent for complex roles.
- First-class organizational and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
- Proactive, goal-driven, and commercially minded approach.
