Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline for tech and commercial roles.
- Owner of end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through offer, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design effective assessment criteria.
- Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Build talent pools through referrals, social networks, events, and campus partnerships.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and deliver regular hiring metrics.
- Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract passive talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and foster a diverse, inclusive candidate slate.
Qualification
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong data-driven mindset with basic analytics and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance considerations; commitment to diversity and inclusion.
