Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Austin, TX. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, align with hiring managers, and optimize candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
As a partner to the business, you will build strong pipelines, implement proactive sourcing strategies, and measure success with clear metrics. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares about candidate experience and employer brand.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and interview plans
- Source passive candidates via Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, evaluate cultural fit, and coordinate multi-stage interviews
- Collaborate on offers, compensation discussions, and negotiation with candidates
- Build and maintain a scalable talent pipeline for critical roles
- Analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes to reduce time-to-fill
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold our employer brand
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS and CRM tools
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance considerations
- Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently and prioritize effectively
