As a Recruitment Specialist, you will own end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and accelerate hiring across multiple functions. This position offers autonomy, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership within a supportive, merit-driven culture.
Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates using proactive, diverse sourcing methods
- Coordinate interviews, conduct initial assessments, and present top-tier candidates
- Manage the candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Utilize the ATS and data analytics to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation, onboarding, and recruiting metrics
- Champion employer branding and candidate communication standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates across multiple functions
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment
