Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches across local leagues and tournaments, ensuring fair play and safety for all participants.
- Implement game rules, manage timekeeping, stoppages, and match flow while communicating decisions clearly to players, coaches, and officials.
- Maintain accurate match reports, incident logs, and essential records for league administration.
- Collaborate with other officials and league coordinators to optimize on-field operations and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to on-field disputes or misconduct with professional, de-escalation techniques.
- Uphold high standards of fitness, positioning, and readiness to handle high-pressure moments.
- Participate in ongoing assessment and training to stay current with rules and best practices.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of refereeing experience in competitive sports; federation membership or recognized qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sport-specific laws of the game and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage players, coaches, and spectators professionally and safely.
- Flexible availability for weekend and evening matches; willingness to travel within the specified region.
- Physically fit with good stamina; comfortable standing for extended periods.
- First aid certification or emergency response training is a plus.
- Positive references from previous officiating assignments.
