Premier Standards Referee Services is seeking a dedicated Referee to join our elite officiating team in London. This full-time role offers a dynamic workflow across regional league matches, development programs, and high-visibility event days.

Responsibility
- Officiate matches in designated leagues, applying the Laws of the Game consistently.
- Make timely and accurate decisions, communicate clearly with players, coaches, and match observers.
- Ensure player safety, enforce disciplinary measures, and administer appropriate sanctions.
- Manage match flow, timekeeping, substitutions, and restart procedures.
- Document match incidents and report as required by league guidelines.
- Mentor and assess trainee referees; participate in development and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with officiating coordinators to schedule assignments and optimize coverage.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times and promote fair play.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of competitive refereeing experience in football or a related sport.
- Certified referee with current license for the applicable competition level (local or national); strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game (IFAB).
- Proven strong decision-making under pressure with excellent communication skills.
- Physical fitness to meet match demands; ability to run and maintain stamina during long sessions.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling required.
- Commitment to ongoing development and feedback-driven improvement.
- Proven ability to manage disputes professionally and impartially.
- Background check and safeguarding compliance as required.
