Join Elite Sports Officials Ltd as a part-time Referee in London. We partner with local leagues to ensure fair play, safety, and smooth game flow across youth, amateur, and semi-professional levels. You will officiate with integrity, communicate decisions clearly, and apply the Laws of the Game consistently. Our program includes ongoing education, mentorship, and performance feedback to help you grow as a match official.
Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with the Laws of the Game and competition rules.
- Enforce rules, manage on-field discipline, and ensure player safety.
- Communicate decisions clearly to players, coaches, and spectators.
- Collaborate with assistant referees and two-person/three-person crews as assigned.
- Complete match reports promptly and accurately after each game.
- Attend regular training and certification refreshers to maintain credentials.
- Maintain high professional standards, punctuality, and impartiality during all duties.
Qualification
- Current refereeing qualifications from a recognized governing body (Level 3+ or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of refereeing experience across at least two leagues or age groups.
- Strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game and the ability to apply them consistently.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage players, coaches, and spectators with professionalism and impartiality.
- Reliable availability on evenings and weekends; willingness to travel within the London area.
- First aid certification and safeguarding awareness are advantageous.
