Responsibility
- Officiate and manage assigned matches in accordance with league rules and standards.
- Enforce game rules, manage player conduct, and resolve on-field disputes.
- Keep accurate timekeeping and communicate decisions clearly to teams, coaches, and event staff.
- Maintain professional presence and impartiality, adapting to varying levels of play.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth match flow and safety protocols.
- Complete post-game reports and incident documentation promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and evaluations to maintain certification and improve performance.
Qualification
- Valid refereeing certification or credential for relevant sport(s) recognized by local authorities.
- Minimum 1 year of officiating experience at youth or adult leagues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current league rules and interpretations; strong decision-making under pressure.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and impartiality.
- Physical fitness to meet standard movement and stamina requirements of fast-paced games; ability to run and stay oriented.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and tournament days; reliability and punctuality.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
