Join Elite Officials Network as a part-time referee in London. You will officiate local league matches, ensure fair play, and uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship on and off the field.
We are seeking dedicated officials with a passion for the game, strong decision making and the ability to communicate clearly with players, coaches and match staff under pressure. You will contribute to a positive match environment and help grow the sport in your community.

Responsibility
- Officiate matches in accordance with the Laws of the Game and event-specific rules
- Make timely, clear, and enforceable decisions while managing game flow
- Communicate with players, coaches, and assistants to maintain order on and off the field
- Collaborate with other officials and event organizers to ensure safety and fairness
- Maintain physical fitness and participate in regular training and development sessions
- Keep accurate records of cautions, ejections, and match incidents
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and protect the integrity of the game
Qualification
- Recognized referee certification from a national federation or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of officiating experience at an appropriate level
- Deep knowledge of the Laws of the Game
- Excellent decision making and communication skills
- Strong fitness and the ability to work under pressure
- Availability on weekends and evenings
- Professionalism and commitment to fair play
